Delivery Information

Partcodex delivers dashcam products directly to customers across the United Kingdom. This page explains our available delivery methods, dispatch times, tracking process and what to do if there is a problem with your parcel.

Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery

Free over £50

Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Expected delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Orders under £50: £3.99

UK Express Delivery

£7.99

Delivered by DPD Next Day for eligible addresses where the service is available. Orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Expected delivery: next working day

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are intended to be dispatched on the same working day from our UK warehouse, subject to successful payment processing, product availability and any required order checks.

Orders placed after 2pm, during weekends or on UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day. During particularly busy periods, dispatch or carrier delivery times may take slightly longer than usual.

Expected Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates begin once an order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. Working days generally mean Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Standard delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Express delivery is intended for next-working-day arrival where available, but delivery may still be affected by postcode coverage, severe weather, carrier disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information, where tracking is available for the selected delivery method. You can use the tracking reference to follow the progress of your delivery through the relevant carrier.

Please allow a short period after receiving your dispatch email for tracking events to begin appearing in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Certain delivery services, particularly express delivery, may not be available for every postcode or destination.

We do not currently deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom, including destinations in the European Union. Delivery availability for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is not offered unless specifically confirmed during checkout.

Providing the Correct Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please check the house number, street name, postcode and contact details carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend an address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has already entered the delivery process.

Missed Deliveries and Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to accept a delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in an approved safe place, deliver it to a neighbour, leave instructions for redelivery or direct it to a local collection point, depending on the carrier service and delivery circumstances.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information supplied in your dispatch email. Carrier networks can occasionally experience delays, particularly during seasonal peaks, severe weather or local disruption.

If a parcel appears to be missing, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and product condition. We will review the issue and explain the next appropriate steps.
