Enquiry Withdrawal & Cancellation Information

Information about closing an enquiry and cancellation rights for any later purchase

Last updated:

Partcodex is an informational website where visitors can review dashcam products and submit an enquiry to request further information from a seller. No order is placed, no product is reserved and no payment is taken directly through this website.

No Purchase Is Made Through This Website

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a sales contract or payment obligation. As no online purchase is completed through Partcodex, there is no website order to cancel and no website payment to refund.

1. Withdrawing a Product Enquiry

If you have submitted a product enquiry but no longer wish to receive a response about that enquiry, you may ask us to close your request.

To withdraw an enquiry, please email [email protected] and clearly state that you no longer wish to be contacted regarding your Partcodex enquiry.

To help us identify your enquiry, please include the same name, email address or telephone number that you used when submitting the form. Please do not send any payment card details or banking information.

2. What Withdrawing an Enquiry Means

Closing an enquiry means that no further product-related response should be requested from us in relation to that particular submission, subject to any communication already in progress and any information that must be retained for lawful administrative, security or compliance purposes.

Information relating to enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. If You Are Later Contacted by a Seller

Following an enquiry, you may receive further information about a product. You are not obliged to proceed with a purchase simply because you submitted an enquiry or received a response.

Before making any payment, you should check the identity of the seller, the final product details, total price, delivery arrangements, payment procedure, cancellation terms, returns procedure and any applicable warranty information.

4. If You Later Decide to Purchase a Product

If you subsequently agree to purchase a dashcam directly from a seller, that purchase will be a separate transaction governed by the seller’s terms and the applicable consumer laws.

Any request to cancel that purchase, return goods or obtain a refund must be directed to the seller responsible for the transaction, using the contact details and instructions supplied in connection with the purchase.

5. UK Distance-Selling Cancellation Rights

Where a consumer later enters into an eligible distance sales contract for goods with a seller, UK consumer law will generally provide a limited period during which the consumer may notify the seller that they wish to cancel the contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

For many eligible online, telephone or mail-order purchases of goods, the cancellation period generally runs for 14 days after delivery. After notifying the seller of cancellation, the customer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods. The seller responsible for the purchase must provide the relevant cancellation information and handle any applicable refund.

These rights relate to a completed purchase contract with the relevant seller. They do not arise merely because a visitor submits an information request on the Partcodex website.

6. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods

Partcodex does not collect payment or dispatch goods directly through this website. Consequently, Partcodex does not process refunds for enquiry form submissions or accept products returned solely on the basis of a website enquiry.

If you later purchase a product from a seller and the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you should contact that seller using the details provided for your transaction. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights that apply to an actual purchase.

7. Do Not Return Products Without Seller Instructions

Please do not send any dashcam or accessory to an address shown on this website unless you have first received confirmed return instructions from the seller responsible for your purchase.

Sending products without prior authorisation or to an unrelated address may delay or prevent the correct handling of a return request.

8. Enquiry Withdrawal Request Template

The following wording may be used if you simply wish to close an enquiry that you submitted through this website. This is not a statutory cancellation form for a purchase contract.

To: Partcodex / Dashcams Limited
Email: [email protected]

I would like to withdraw my product enquiry submitted through the Partcodex website and do not wish to receive further contact regarding that enquiry.

Name: [your name]
Email address or phone number used in the enquiry: [your contact details]
Date of enquiry, if known: [date]
Date of request: [date]

9. Statutory Cancellation Forms for Separate Purchases

If you complete a separate eligible distance purchase with a seller, that seller should provide the cancellation information and any model cancellation form applicable to that sales contract. The seller’s form should identify the trader responsible for the sale and the correct address or email address for cancellation notices.

Do not use the enquiry withdrawal template above to return goods or cancel a completed purchase unless the seller involved in your transaction specifically instructs you to do so.
